The coolest fucking thing ever invented. Thanks for the look ahead, Neal.

Keyword troll bait.

Okay, not many people are going to find this interesting, but I just stumbled across a document that explains everything you ever wanted to know about connecting Dell PowerEdge and PowerVault systems to 110-, 120-, 208-, 210-, 220-, or 230-volt systems using C19, C20 connectors, and explains how all this works even though the systems have C13 connectors on the back for power rated at 10-15 amps even though the C19s are rated at 20 amps.

That previous bit is just to add some keyword stuff so that maybe search engines will pick up this page and the next guy will have an easier time finding this stuff than I did.

At any rate, it doesn’t give any 5-digit Dell part numbers, so if you need those just call in to Dell server tech support and tell them you need to connect the system to 210-volt rack power or whatever; there should be a 4-meter cable on the list of recommended spare parts that will fit the bill for you.

And to everybody who has no idea what any of that means, I apologize. :)
